The grainfed meat is superbly tender with spectacular flavour and the bone is un-frenched giving it a wonderful rustic characteristic. The best bit is gnawing on the bone afterwards! They spend their life in a low stress environment where they are free to roam with their same mates for the duration of their life. CRAFTED WITH PRECISIONMatangi Angus Beef is hung on the bone for three weeks allowing flavour and tenderness to develop.
