I used Napa cabbage, really good with this light dressing. Followed recipe instructions the first time I made it.
Second time I used stone ground mustard, no parsley and measured by eye. Just a dash dressing ingredients added to the shredded cabbage and mixed. Even my picky creamy coleslaw loving husband enjoyed it. I did use a bag of pre-shredded cabbage to save some time. I also used 2 tsp of dried parsley rather than fresh.
