Whisk together flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a bowl. Beat butter and confectioners’ sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Decrease mixer speed to low and gradually beat in flour mixture until combined. Cover logs with plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
