Hirata buns

Our Menu Your Shoryu adventure starts here, slurp on authentic ramen and discover Japanese street food, all washed down with a flight of sake or unique housemade cocktail. Home is where the tonkotsu is! The heart and soul of our ramen is a rich and meaty 12-hour pork broth complete with a secret base motodare blend and topped with hirata buns siu barbecue pork belly, nitamago egg, kikurage mushrooms, spring onion, sesame, ginger and nori seaweed. We also have a lighter tonyu soy milk, miso, konbu and shiitake mushroom broth ramen suitable for vegetarians too.

We’re pioneers of the Hirata bun, introducing them to the good folk of London in 2012. Catch ’em all with our succulent char siu pork, soy marinated chicken karaage, tiger prawn tempura, wagyu beef and grilled halloumi versions! Wash down our Shoryu buns and noodles with an expertly crafted cocktail or three. Our Bar Manager with a wealth of sake experience has created each of our Japanese inspired cocktails, a fusion of traditional Japanese flavours and ingredients with a cheeky modern twist.
