The Private Foundation Room The Foundation Room is one of our private dining rooms, and it caters to those who desire a secluded dining experience. The table here seats up to 10 or 20 standing for a cocktail affair and is located off of our main dining room. For an extra measure of privacy, you can access this room through it’s own private street entrance. The Captain’s Table The Captain’s Table is one of our private dining rooms, and it caters to those who value an interactive dining experience. The table here seats up to 8 and is located in a room with our exclusive collection of California wines, dry-aging beef cabinet and doors that open directly to our kitchen. At the Captain’s Table, you have direct and private access to our Executive Chef. He will guide you through our tasting menu, driven by our top-grades of beef, and will be available to answer any and all questions you might have about your experience with us.
