We’re happy to announce the launch of our first subscription box. Our Four Seasons Subscription Box features a seasonally curated mix of our top sellers as well as some of our favorite lesser-known items and delicacies, complete with recipe suggestions and some of our favorite seasoning add-ons. We believe the best way to provide good care and nutrition to our family is to take pride in providing excellent animal care and nutrition to our cattle. Our American Wagyu beef, also known as American Kobe Style Beef is a carefully selected hybrid of purebred Wagyu and Black Angus cattle breeds. Angus cattle, also known as Aberdeen Angus is a Scottish breed that originated in north-eastern Scotland and usually black in color. Black Angus is the most common breed of beef cattle in the United States and more suited to colder weather.

If you are looking for new ways to prepare your Raikes Beef, you’re in luck. Our Shop Manager, Fayne, has included some of her favorite recipes below to help you get started! Our family has raised cattle since the 1800’s. Please turn it on so that you can experience the full capabilities of this site. East meets west in our American Wagyu beef. The cattle are from Japanese stock, raised by experience, conscientious ranchers without antibiotics or hormones. A low-stress environment, plenty of space and a gradual feeding system in the Japanese style contribute to the amazingly tender, richly flavored and well-marbled beef.
