Blueberry protein waffles

These fast-to-prepare waffles are perfect to whip up at the last minute, and the recipe can easily be doubled. I often made them blueberry protein waffles our six children were growing up.

And now when they come back to visit, they always request them. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions until golden brown. STEP 2 Blend all ingredients together. Pour batter onto prepared waffle iron. STEP 3 Cook waffles until steaming stops or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite fruit and whipped cream, if desired.
