A full order of our delicious Pad Thai, with your choice of protein, topped with cilantro, green onions, and freshly roasted peanuts, and then wrapped into a large spring roll rice paper wrapper. Served with a side of our creamy peanut-coconut dipping sauce. A perfectly hearty and savory snack made of sticky rice, mung bean, coconut milk, and pork belly, seasoned with salt and black pepper, steamed in a banana leaf for aromatics and added flavor. Thai style pork jerky, seasoned, sweetened, and dehydrated, and then lightly fried before serving. Homemade “Lao Pork Sausage” stuffed with thick cut ground pork, shallots, lemongrass and fresh Thai chilies. Thinly sliced CAB Eye of Round Steak, covered in sesame seeds, dried and then lightly fried for a crispy outside texture. Rice vermicelli noodles, with chopped lettuce, carrots, mint, basil, bean sprouts, and a chive stem, freshly wrapped in a translucent rice paper.

A choice of shrimp, chicken, tofu, or veggie. Sweet Vinaigrette can be substituted for Gluten Intolerance. Add Avocado for an extra dollar! Served with a side of the house sweet and sour sauce.
